Inspired by the storytelling magic of ABBA’s timeless songs and directed by Phyllida Lloyd, MAMMA MIA! is Judy Craymer’s vision of writer Catherine Johnson’s sunny, funny tale of family and friendship unfolding on a tiny Greek island. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings 3 men from her mother’s past back to the island they had last visited 20 years ago. Mamma Mia! is one of Broadway’s most successful musicals of all time. The ninth longest running show in Broadway history, MAMMA MIA! is one of only 5 musicals to have run for more than 10 years on Broadway.

Mamma Mia! is now playing at the Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 44th Street, New York, NY) and INGLOT’s Gimme! Gimme! Glitter Collection can be found in boutique stores around the world and on inglotusa.com.

INGLOT on Broadway

POSTED BY: INGLOT / 0 COMMENTS

Since the moment INGLOT hit the US market in 2009, it has been conquering the hearts of local makeup artists and makeup lovers with its high quality and an incredibly wide colour range. With INGLOT’s flagship store located on Broadway and considering its incredibly wide choice of products and shades, it would be a shame if INGLOT product had not hit the stages of the theatres one day.

It did not take long – already in October 2013 Inglot Cosmetics celebrated a debut in Broadway with Tony Award winning musical PIPPIN. The cooperation was marked by INGLOT PIPPIN Colour Collection carefully chosen by the brand’s and musical’s MUAs from the existing collection. Deep reds and blues, accompanied by flashing gold, were put together to make any customer feel like a star of this bright show.

Collaboration with PIPPIN was the first, but far not the last one of INGLOT’s partnerships with Broadway shows. The next musical that used INGLOT makeup was Inishmaan starring Daniel Radcliffe.

Half a year after its debut, in June 2014 INGLOT Cosmetics announced a grand collaboration with Disney’s The Lion King, one of Broadway’s most beloved Tony and Grammy Award winning musicals. INGLOT and The Lion King came together through their shared passion for richness and vibrancy of colour reminiscent of African Savannah sunsets and starry night time skies. Along with this partnership, an exclusive The Lion King-inspired INGLOT colour collection titled Savannah Sunset was presented online and in selected boutique stores around the world.

In another half a year yet another wonderful collaboration was successfully launched – INGLOT became a part of Sting’s debut on Broadway as an author of The Last Ship musical. Two more exciting projects to be launched by the end of the year are collaborations Mamma Mia! and Side Show.

More about INGLOT’s collaboration with Mamma Mia! soon…
